All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.
Well it has been a long term with a very busy last week. Thank you to all of the families who attended our Celebration of Learning on Tuesday afternoon. It was a great opportunity for the students to share some of their learning from this term. We also had the book fair running this week which was a huge success thanks to the great work of Jacqui Kavanagh and Kerri Hirst our wonderful librarians.
Congratulations to the Italian choir for their work and submission of an audition tape for the Italian Festival, the tape has headed off to Italy and we look forward hearing next term if we have been successful in being selected to perform in October. A big thank you to Linda Pasagic and Catherine Moloney for their help in preparing the choir for this. We look forward to presenting this to the whole school next term in an assembly.
We have lots of things to look forward to in term 3 with excursions, Year 6 Confirmation, The Olympics, Italian Day, Year 3 Camp, Science and Book week just to name a few. As we head off into the school holidays we would like to thank to all of our students and families for their support throughout the term. A big thank you to all of our staff for the amazing work they have done with our students. We hope you all have an amazing holiday and we look forward to seeing you all in term 3.
