STEM

Throughout this term all students will consider the way that technology can be used to help us communicate. They will investigate multi-modal art works from different contexts and consider how art is used to share feelings and experiences. The students will learn to create and share a range of art pieces that depict their own experiences. The term will culminate with them sharing and analysing their favourite pieces of art from the term, including those they created themselves.

Students have begun the term exploring sound waves and in which ways sound can travel. They created and experimented with string telephones and cymatics, making rice dance on a speaker.
