Grade 1/2 News

The grade 6 students from Mrs. Doyle’s class spent some time with 1/2 students, making clay beads.  Students rolled spheres and then decorated it with Aboriginal designs.  The beads signify how we are all different, but one.  The beads will be strung together once they are dry, and displayed in the school.

Grade 5/6 News

Grade 5/6 students had the opportunity to share their picture story prototypes with prep and grade one students. The experience encouraged inter-age connections and literacy engagement. We had so much fun and can’t wait to share our love of reading with them again.
