Year 3 / 4 Camp Deposit 

A reminder to Year 3 / 4 Families that permissions and $50 deposit payments are due next Friday. ( 21 June 2024 ) 

 

Once deposits are finalised we will confirm final costings of accommodation, camp activities, transport and meals. 

 

We estimate the cost to be approx $400 - $420.Please ensure you have read the  DET Refund policy set out below.

 

Refunds.

Parent requests for refunds are subject to the discretion of the school and made on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be provided where the school deems it is reasonable and fair to do so, taking into consideration whether a cost has been incurred, the Departments Parent Payment Policy and Guidance, Financial Help for Families Policy and any other relevant information.

 

In the case of incursions, excursions and camps please notify the school as soon as possible of a non-attendance. In some instances such as Camps when costs are incurred at the booking stage, the deposit is not refundable. If approved, the payment will be refunded and remain as a credit on the students school account to be used for further activities or charges.

 

Payment options include CSEF, Sentral Pay, B'Pay, School Account, Payment Plan (*pre arranged with the School) .

 

Next Steps:

  • Early Term 3.  Full consent and camp documentation will be published to SENTRAL. This will also include detailed medical forms , finalised costings with payment options.
  •  Friday 6th September.  Final payments must be received.
  • Wednesday 11 September - Friday 13 September 2024 | Camp!

 

If your child is not attending camp, please decline the Activity Permission.
