INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR VOLLEYBALL

Day two of the South Gippsland Volleyball saw our Intermediate Boys, Intermediate Girls and Senior Girls teams take to the court.
The Senior girls were extremely competitive for their first two matches taking out the win. Their last match was against Wonthaggi and it was to be the decider. Whilst they came close, Wonthaggi were the better team on the day. The sportsmanship and support amongst the players was incredible and it was a huge credit to their persistence and determination.
Both Intermediate teams, were set for a big day with six teams to play against. There were some incredible rallies throughout the day and for the Intermediate boys, whilst they showed some skill and incredible gameplay throughout the day, they were faced with some tough competition.
From the moment they took to the court, the Intermediate girls worked as a collective and supported one another. The girls outclassed the opposition to take out the tournament for the Intermediate girls category in 2025.
A big thank you to Mr. Churchill & Mrs Hams for supporting the students on the day and sharing their knowledge and expertise on Volleyball with our representatives. Thank you to Ms Lloyd who convened the event on behalf of the college. We wish the Intermediate Girls the best of luck at the Gippsland Regional Tournament in Term Two.
