YEAR 8 - 2025

The Year 8 journey in 2025 has been nothing short of extraordinary filled with adventures, academic progress, and remarkable achievements. This year stands out as a chapter of unforgettable experiences and milestones that will be cherished for years to come.

One of the highlights was our first-ever trip to The Summit Camp in Trafalgar. This experience challenged students to push their limits, strengthen resilience, and foster teamwork while forming deeper connections with one another. The camp provided the perfect setting for building lifelong friendships and embracing the spirit of collaboration. This sense of unity continued through our Year 8 Survivor Program, led by the Mentors. Students were placed into tribes and engaged in collaborative learning activities designed to promote personal agency, teamwork, and communication skills.

Throughout the year, our Year 8 cohort demonstrated impressive growth and maturity. Many students worked diligently to improve their GPA from term to term, with some achieving dramatic progress. It was inspiring to see students not only valuing their education but also taking ownership of their learning and actively contributing to our school community.

As we conclude this remarkable year, we celebrate the resilience, achievements, and vibrant spirit that have defined Year 8 in 2025. The memories created and lessons learned will undoubtedly shape the future endeavours of this exceptional group.
