Curriculum Day
Our recent Curriculum Day was full of fun, creativity and hands on learning. Students became mini chefs for the day, preparing fresh tacos for afternoon tea and baking warm lemonade scones in the air fryer.
The kitchen was buzzing with curiosity as students explored the science behind the recipe. They learned how lemonade helps create a lighter, fluffier texture, adds sweetness and assists the scones to rise. Best of all everyone agreed that the finished product was delicious!
Students also enjoyed making their own playdough and spent time getting creative with their colourful creations. After burning off some energy during an outdoor scavenger hunt, everyone relaxed and unwound with a movie in the afternoon.
It was a wonderful day filled with learning, teamwork and plenty of fun.

Just a reminder we are open from 2:30pm this Friday June 26 to coincide
with the early school finish, OSHC will close at the usual time of 6pm. If Friday is your usual booked day, your child will automatically be booked in for after school care, if you DO NOT require care on this day please let me know as soon as possible by emailing oshc@beauamarisnorthps.vic.edu.au
Term Statements and Payment Reminder
Please note final statements for the term will be sent out this Friday June 26 and all accounts must be paid in full by Monday July 6.
If you are experiencing difficulties making this payment, please contact me immediately so we can organise a confidential payment plan. Please be aware failure to clear outstanding debts or communicate with us may result in cancellation of your child’s place in care.

Our Vacation Care survey closes today so please take a moment to have your say. We are relying directly on your feedback and the survey results to decide whether or not we will run the September Vacation program so your input is essential. You can click/tap here. or use the QR code below.
Important Reminder: Qk Kiosk Signing In and Out, Security and Legal Compliance
A friendly reminder to all families regarding our QK Kiosk digital sign in and out portal. For safety, security and absolute data accuracy please do not give your mobile phone number and PIN to anyone including your children.
Why This Matters:
Legal Compliance: Attendance records are strict legal documents that we are required by law to store accurately for several years. Children are not permitted to sign themselves in or out.
Authorised Nominees: Anyone listed as an authorised collection person must use their own mobile phone number. The first time they log in they can use the temporary PIN 0000 and will be prompted to create their own secure, unique PIN.
If you need to add an authorised person to your account or need help setting up a PIN please speak with one of our educators.
Child Care Subsidy: Balancing Deadlines Approaching
At the end of the financial year, Services Australia compares your income estimate with your actual income to check you got the right amount of Child Care Subsidy (CCS). This is called balancing.
You need to confirm your family’s income before Services Australia can balance your payments. There are deadlines.
One year after the financial year ends
You usually have one year from the end of the financial year to confirm your family income for CCS. Services Australia will write to you before this date to remind you. If you don’t confirm your income within 12 months after the end of a financial year your CCS will stop and you’ll have to pay full fees for childcare.
Confirming income for the 2024-25 financial year
If you received CCS for 2024-25 you have until 30 June 2026 to confirm your family’s income. If you don’t confirm your income, your CCS will stop. It will reduce to 0% from 6 July 2026.
How to confirm income
Confirm your income by:
lodging your tax return, or
telling Services Australia that you don’t need to lodge, even if you’ve already told the Australian Taxation Office.
