What do you love most about teaching VET?
What I love most about teaching VET is giving students the freedom to experiment with cooking and discover what they can create.
What's one piece of advice you'd give a student starting a VET pathway?
If a trade is what you're excited about, start early. A school-based apprenticeship lets you finish your schooling while getting hands-on experience in your trade, so by the time you graduate, you're already ahead and building your future.
What's something students might be surprised to learn about you?
I travelled for a month in Europe with my brother in 2004.
