It’s here young minds are about to embark on a thrilling journey into the realms of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics. As the digital age continues to unfold, our budding tech enthusiasts will explore the fundamental concepts that power the machines and robots shaping our future.
In this dynamic learning environment, students will unravel the mysteries behind AI, discovering how machines can learn, reason, and make decisions. From understanding the basics of coding to exploring the fascinating world of algorithms, our young tech-savvy pioneers will develop the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the digital landscape with confidence.
Hands-on experiences will be at the heart of this class, as students delve into the realm of robotics. They'll have the opportunity to build, program, and interact with robots, fostering a deep understanding of how these intelligent machines operate and contribute to our daily lives.
Get ready to ignite curiosity, unleash creativity, and cultivate a passion for the limitless possibilities that AI and robotics offer. The future belongs to those who understand and embrace the digital revolution, and our primary school digital technology class is the perfect launchpad for these aspiring technologists. Let the adventure begin!

Over the first few weeks of school, Senior Primaries have been out and about on Friday afternoons moving mulch around the primary playground. This has involved filling in gaps here and there, spreading mulch around trees and shrubs, and making our gardens look amazing! It was wonderful to see our students enthusiastically take up the challenge to get a bit dirty, and learning to use tools such as wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels and forks. Getting outside the classroom is always a boon for our students: we love anything practical and hands-on. Working in groups also encouraged teamwork, and many conversations were had, sometimes between students who don’t usually play together! Thanks to Daniel Chatelier, Steve Bouma and Ron Roberts for their organisation and valuable time.
