Our Year 9/10 Indonesian Elective students were provided with a real treat when Mrs Matandong and Mr Bradbury made Es Campur with the students. This is a refreshing, traditional drink made from Ice, Lychee fruit, Rose Syrup, Cincau Jelly and Evaporated Milk. Segar sekali! Delicious!

In Indonesia, icy drinks with fruit and syrup are the equivalent of a ‘dessert’ and provide refreshing relief in the hot weather!
