Wominjeka Everyone,

Wominjeka Picinic: is our first community event each year, where we can connect with the land, community, and each other. It is a great opportunity to welcome new families and reconnect with existing families.

Please bring your own food and drinks, a rug and maybe some outdoor games.

            When: Thursday 22/2                from 5-7 PM       

            Where: Yakkai Barring & Oval

We will have the opening ceremony from 5-5:30 pm at the Yakkai Barring with:

- Acknowledgement of Country from some students

- Welcome to Country from our local Elders (TBC)

- Smoking Ceremony by Uncle Trevor

 

DONATION: 

  • OSHC is looking for wool, if you have any to share or donate that would be much appreciated!

REMINDERS:

  1. Bookings do not roll over from last year. You must submit your new permanent bookings for 2024 via email

 

     2. Permanent Booking for 2024 is now open.

Please be aware that all permanent bookings for 2023 do not carry over to 2024.

You don’t need to re-enroll your child as your account is already linked to your child's enrolment.

If you need a permanent booking for your child in 2023, please send an email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au with the days and sessions that you need.

If you don’t know your dates yet, you can send an email with your request later in January 2023

 

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

A reminder that OSHC updated the Booking and Cancellation Policy as the 1st of January 2023.

All casual bookings and all session cancellations (for both permanent and casual bookings) require a 24-hour notice before the relevant session starting time.

This allows the OSHC team to cater for a better service, including food preparation and staff ratio.

 

4. Enrolments changes: if you need to make any changes in your enrolment, such as diet requirement, medical conditions, new address or phone number, and contact list, please email your changes to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au

 

5. Child Care Subsidy(CCS): please make sure that you are entitled to CCS through your app. If your CCS has dropped, please make sure that you:

 

  1. Sign off your CWA through your Xplor Home app, under Accounts/Finance
  2. Confirm your enrolment with BNWPS OSHC through your Centrelink App/Account

 

6. School Holiday Program 

Bookings for the School Holiday program are now open to all BNWPS families.
