We are celebrating 2024 being a Leap Year by opening our classrooms for a Maths Afternoon. You are invited to come along next Thursday 29th February to see fun elements of our maths program in action. You’ll be learning in LEAPS and bounds, but for those of you who hated maths at school, never fear - times have changed and we are excited to share some of the fun and exciting ways we engage our students in mathematical thinking, exploration and learning.

To help us plan our sessions, we are asking for families to register their interest in attending - you can do that by clicking this link any time until Sunday evening. We know some people are not able to get to school straight after school, so we are hoping to run sessions in the afternoon and the early evening, depending on family interest and staff availability. Afternoon sessions will run from 3:45-4:45 pm and early evening sessions will run from 5:00-6:00 pm. We will confirm your registration and the session times next Monday.

We hope your children can come along to join in on the fun. All children must be accompanied by an adult and unfortunately we do not have capacity to accommodate children who are not yet school age for this event.

If you have any questions about the Maths Afternoon, please contact Hannah via email (hannah.reid@education.vic.gov.au)
