Dear Families,

School Fees

School fee & levy statements have been sent home today via email(please check your spam/junk if you haven't received it). If you have recently changed your email address please notify the office.  The Curriculum & Excursion levy of $400.00 per student was due February 29th, if you haven't paid this please finalise as soon as possible.  School fees may be paid in three equal instalments of $837, $837 & $836, which are due at the end of March, May and July.  Alternatively, payment plans can be arranged, fees can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly via direct debit or credit card deduction.  If you wish to set up a payment plan, please contact Nicole in the office to organise this.  Please note that credit card authorities and direct debits must be renewed each year.

If you are paying by direct deposit, please include your Surname and Family ID Number, which can be located on your statement, in the payment reference so that we are able to identify your payment.

If you are eligible to receive a Health Care Card, hold a DVA Gold Card or an ImmiCard you can apply for concessional school fees at St Anne’s.

All applications must be made on a St Anne’s approved form and this will be dealt with in the strictest confidence in accordance with our School Privacy Policy. All applications need to be approved by myself. If accepted, an automated payment plan must be established. This will be via direct credit to the school. In the circumstances that a family applies and does meet the threshold for the school fee reduction, I will work with you to discuss an appropriate payment plan for you.)

Do you have a Healthcare Card?

If yes, you are may be eligible for Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund (CSEF), please see attached notice in the newsletter for further details or contact Nicole in the office.

Thank you
