Principal's Report

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." - Helen Keller

As we embark on another couple of weeks at our school, I am reminded of the power of collaboration and unity within our community. Together, we have achieved incredible milestones and overcome challenges, demonstrating the strength of our collective effort.

Student Support Group Meetings

I want to take this opportunity to highlight the importance of our upcoming Student Support Group (SSG) meetings. These meetings provide a valuable platform for us to come together and set goals for your child's Individualised Education Plan (IEP). Your input and insights are invaluable in shaping the path forward for your child's education and well-being. Please remember to share your thoughts and aspirations for your child during these meetings.

We continue to work on our recruitment challenges through many different angles and initiatives. I would like to bid farewell to our Art teacher, Martyn Dryesdale. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. At the same time, I extend a warm welcome to Samantha , our new full-time Office Receptionist and Admin Assistant. We are thrilled to have Sam join our team and look forward to the contributions she will make to our school.

School Review

I would like to acknowledge the ongoing school review process, which, although not yet completed, has been incredibly positive and fruitful. The insights gained from this review have already resulted in several positive outcomes for our school community. I extend my sincere gratitude to all the parents who participated in the parent focus groups and took the time to complete the surveys. Your valuable input has been instrumental in shaping the direction of our school's improvement efforts, and I look forward to sharing further updates as we progress through this journey together.
