DISTRICT SWIMMING
Congratulations to all our students in Years 4-6 who volunteered for the swimming trials earlier this term.
Last Friday the students who made it past trials competed at this years District Swimming event. All students showed courage and good sportsmanship throughout the event.
We would also like to thank the families for coming along to support their children. Good luck to our students who will represent us at our Regional Swimming event next week.
Lacrosse
This term our Year 6 students have been fortunate to engage in a four week lacrosse program run by trainers from Lacrosse Australia. The students have enjoyed learning about the history of lacrosse and have been refining their skills each week in preparation for a game in our final week. We have also been able to purchase enough lacrosse equipment to replicate this program with our Year 4 & 5 students later in the year.
