Mount Bogong Conquestathon
Saturday 2nd March, 2024.
A great event for challenging yourself, teaming up with friends and raising money for the Birkebeiner Nordic Ski Club Search and Rescue unit. There are great prizes for teams (largest team, fastest team etc). If you want to compete as a team - make sure you know your team name and put it on the registration form so your Mount Bogong climb will count towards the team results. To help provide opportunities for young women, last year we launched our Women of STEM Scholarship for women aged 18-20 who are entering their first year of a STEM degree at university.
The Women of STEM Scholarship is a national program and provides women with financial grants of $5,000 per year for the life of their degree (to a maximum of 5 years). This year we have awarded scholarships to three (3) exceptional female students.

Dederang Mount Beauty Football Netball Club run junior and senior football and netball teams within the Tallangatta and District League. With 3 junior football teams and 4 junior netball teams catering for ages 8 to 17 years, we pride ourselves in giving kids a chance to get into sport and be part of an awesome club community!
