Book Week Bonanza!
What an incredible week we had for Book Week! The Library was buzzing with creativity and colour each day with activities like:
- Book Week colour-ins
- Bookmark making
The popular book cover hunt
And let’s talk about that Dress-Up Day on Friday… WOW! The costumes were amazing! It’s one of our favourite days of the year in the Library, and the energy around the Junior School was infectious.
This year, we tried something new – "mystery books" wrapped in brown paper. No titles, no blurbs – just a barcode and sometimes an age guide. Students LOVED the surprise and made a beeline for those shelves. Over the week, we wrapped more than 100 books… and every single one was borrowed!
Thanks for helping make Book Week such a success – we can’t wait to do it all again next year! Until then… happy reading!
