King's College v Warrnambool College Football Match

Last Friday’s friendly clash between King’s College and Warrnambool College's Clontarf (Indigenous Program) was played in a great spirit, with both sides bringing plenty of competitiveness while keeping the contest friendly and fair.

The Pearce brothers linked up brilliantly across half back, setting up attacking plays with sharp ball movement, while Dalton L dominated the midfield as a clearance machine, giving King’s plenty of drive forward. Down back, Jett B was rock solid, rebounding out of the pocket with composure and dash reminiscent of Dustin Fletcher in his prime.

To top it off, Matthew P was recognised for his effort and attitude, taking out the Spirit of the Game award. It was a well-fought match that showcased talent, teamwork, and respect on both sides. Thanks to Lainie R (Year 9) for capturing the photos below.

GWR Table Tennis

Well done to our four students who did a fantastic job representing the school at last week’s GWR Table Tennis competition. They played with great focus and energy, taking out both matches 6-0 and earning a spot in the state finals. A great result and a well deserved achievement. Nice work, boys!
