Prep S Shines with Creativity in Our Writing Experience Program!

We’re so proud of how far Prep S has come in developing their writing skills! As part of our Writing Experience program, the class recently read the inspiring story The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. This heartwarming tale of Vashti, a little girl who believes she can't draw, is brought to life when her art teacher encourages her to start with just a simple dot. This sparks a wave of creativity, and Vashti soon discovers that she can create far more than she ever imagined.

Prep S students took the message of The Dot to heart, transforming their own dots into an amazing array of imaginative creations. Not only did their artwork shine, but their sentence structure also showed incredible growth! They’ve developed a true growth mindset, confidently "having a go" at writing and expressing their ideas. Their progress in both writing and creativity is truly inspiring, and it’s exciting to watch their confidence grow.
