This term in Italian, Year Six learnt about "Speciality shops" and "Shopping".  At the end of the unit, the students designed and created shops and then presented their work using the associated Italian language.

Here are some of the shops:

Il supermercato- supermarket

il fruttivendolo- fruit vendor

la libreria-bookstore 

la macelleria- butcher shop

il negozio di abbigliamento -clothing store

la panetteria or il panificio – bakery

la pizzeria- pizzeria
