We hope you enjoyed the end of year party "Welcome to the Carnival"

This epic party and silent auction took months to plan and implement and could not happen without the effort, skill and TIME of our wonderful volunteers.  I would also like to thank Engie and efm who sponsored the Party, Decathlon who sponsored the raffle prizes and Stomping Ground who sponsored “Le Fun Raiser” Bar, and our party partners, TeamKids, HIP and EFM. 

 

In particular, I would personally like to thank the following people who coordinated significant aspects of the event: 

  • Marni Baker who coordinated and lead the whole Party effort (budget, rides, planning, communicating and dreaming up all the best ideas) 
  • Marc Warshall who coordinated the Bar
  • Karen Hill who coordinated the silent auction team in conjunction with our partners at EFM and Jacqui Loustau who managed all of the “back office” 
  • Anne Sophie Aguado who coordinated the food and drinks
  • Rachael Hart who coordinated/sponsored the entertainers
  • Pascale Fedele (Mailed with Love) who designed all of our beautiful posters and graphics 
  • Clarel Philibert who provided his Band and solved all the problems 
  • Tim Hall for coordinating the BBQ 
  • Maud Rocher and Marine Ors who managed the lolly shop
  • TeamKids for suppling extra staff and running the “crazy hair” salon. 
  • HIP & Keren Loyer for arranging the Hanukkah donuts and sponsoring the Israeli dancing 
  • All of our “Le Fun Raiser” Bar team who got their RSAs to serve the community at the party
  • All of the brave teachers that volunteered for the dunk tank!
  • All our Class Convenors who got the word out to our school community  

 

This party also requires support from the School, the School Council, the School’s leadership team and office staff and we would especially like to thank Megan Barclay, Business Manager, for working with us to create this event and the Bar. 

 

Of course, there are many many more people to thank who volunteered to set up, cook, pack tickets, sell food, manage queue, scoop popcorn etc. – we could not have run the party without all your help!  Thank you!!
