Snapshot (Our Chicken Run)

A huge thank you to Steve Hermans, who has worked tirelessly to design and build our Chicken Run ready to host chickens early in 2024 (please see the photos below). 

We can't thank Steve enough for the time and effort his has put in to make our vision a reality. 

The students in our SRC chose the location for the Chicken Run. The current location allows students to easily access the chicken run and still be supervised by teachers and LSO staff. 

Please keep your eyes and ears peeled early in Term 1 of 2024 as we launch some new and exciting sustainability projects throughout our school (including the chickens and maybe a few worms). 

Thank you to Sharna Parker for creating a beautiful plaque which is a wonderful addition to our chicken run.
