Kapa Haka Tryathlon Day: 

Our Kapa Haka Ropu had a fabulous day at Ranui engaged in the  WheetBix Tryathlon. They started with a breakfast of WheetBix of course.

Supported by Sport Waitakere alongside other West Auckland kura/schools, it was a bi-lingual event with te reo Māori encouraged throughout the day. The students had heaps of fun on the Tryathalon obstacle course, and then playing kēmu/games with Sport Waitakere. All students received a medal, T-shirt, bag, and Weetbix breakfast to refuel after their big events.

Thea Green received a special award for stopping during her race to help two competitors from other schools. She is an angel.
