Year 6

6P Maths

This term 6P have had a great start to learning maths. In a few weeks, we will be starting a unit on fractions and decimals. To get us ready, the students have been brushing up on their understanding of factors and multiples. We have been practising identifying prime and composite numbers and are looking into square and triangular numbers. 

The class has started extra maths sessions with Mrs Darwall. In these sessions they will practise their problem-solving skills. Today the class had their first session and reported back that they had lots of fun.
