This year's NAPLAN results were recently released, and we are excited to share some highlights. These results help us celebrate our students' achievements and identify areas where we can provide additional support and guidance.
The table below provides highlights for our Year 3 and Year 5 cohorts in Reading, Writing, and Spelling. The first column shows the percentage of students who achieved either an 'Exceeding' or 'Strong' proficiency level. The next two columns provide a comparison against a group of schools of a similar size and with a similar socio-economic demographic.

These results indicate pleasing progress with our ongoing Literacy improvement work. Our Numeracy results were not quite as strong across the board but we were pleased to see a larger percentage of our students making 'High Relative Growth' from Year 3 - 5 compared to similar schools.
Congratulations to all Year 3 and 5 students who completed NAPLAN in Term 1. As per the Sentral notification to parents, the individual student reports are waiting at the office for collection.
