Year 11

What a wonderful way to wrap up the year! Our year 11 leadership team and fellow captains recently hosted a celebration pancake breakfast, bringing our cohort together to acknowledge the hard work, growth, and many wins we’ve achieved throughout 2025. It was fantastic to see students gathered outside the Senior School, enjoying breakfast and each other’s company before heading off for a well-deserved break.

We also want to reflect on the 2025 Presentation Night, where we proudly recognised Year 11 students who achieved an impressive range of awards. These included awards for academic excellence, House Spirit, Crescam, VET, State Member Awards, and acknowledgements within the Dance and Basketball Academies. We congratulate every one of these students - your dedication and commitment have truly shone this year.

Congratulations as well to our Year 11s on completing their first official week of Year 12. Teachers have reported that students demonstrated respect, maturity and a strong willingness to take on the challenges that come with senior studies. This positive start sets a strong foundation for the year ahead.

Other fun events have taking place organised by our students. This is including most recently a series of staff vs students’ events relating to basketball and soccer. We have enjoyed seeing both groups compete and promote a positive school culture. 

We are especially proud of how our cohort conducted themselves throughout the exam period. Their focus and perseverance during this time will serve them well as they prepare for their final exams less than a year away.

As we close out the year, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the wider Year 11 team, teachers, and all staff who have supported our students along the way. Your guidance has been invaluable.

We wish everyone a safe, happy and restful break. Enjoy the time to recharge and we look forward to welcoming you back refreshed and ready for an exciting year ahead.
