What an truly amazing year it has been across Holy Trinity School! As we reach the final week and reflect on the past months, we are filled with gratitude and pride for our vibrant community.
Our Guiding Principle
This year, we have intentionally worked to embody our guiding principle:
'People have a better day because I am here as part of the Holy Trinity School Team'.
This spirit has been evident in every interaction—from the engaging dialogue in our classrooms to the friendships and care on the playground and the respectful competition on the sporting field. This core belief ensures that every student, staff member, and family member feels valued and contributes positively to our daily school life.
Our students have once again represented Holy Trinity with distinction and pride in a wide variety of academic and sporting pursuits. Their commitment, teamwork, and sportsmanship have shone brightly throughout the year, demonstrating the excellent character and talent within our school.
Last week was a great celebration of student achievement at our Presentation Day. Congratulations to all students for their success and growth throughout the year!
Last week families also received their child's Semester 2 Report.

The absolute highlight of Term 4 was undoubtedly our spectacular Carol House Sing-Off! This wonderful event showcased not only exceptional talent but also the strong sense of collaboration within our school. A special thank you goes to our Secondary students who provided outstanding mentorship, supporting our Primary students to prepare and perform with great confidence. The festive spirit was infectious, making the competition a huge success and a perfect way to celebrate the end of the year together. Congratulations Leos - you were glimmering gleams of green!
Word in the playground is that students and staff are already preparing for a bigger better one in 2026.

The entire school community was captivated by the joy and energy of our Infants students at their annual Christmas Concert! With incredible enthusiasm, our youngest students showcased their talents, treating the packed audience to wonderful displays of dancing, singing, and even expert boot-scooting. The students commitment and sheer delight in performing lit up the stage, creating a truly memorable spectacle. A huge thank you to our staff, our music teacher Miss Wilson and the fantastic turnout from our big audience—your cheers and applause made the event an overwhelming success!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our entire staff for their unwavering dedication. Their engaging, high-quality lessons ensure that our students have access to a rich and rigorous curriculum. They are preparing our students to be critical, creative thinkers—equipped with the skills and confidence to embrace a
'Hope Filled Future'.
Along with Semester 2 Reports, students have their 2026 class list and requirements list.
As the year concludes, we celebrate these achievements and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. Thank you to every family for your partnership and support in making Holy Trinity School such a special place.
We wish all our students, families, and staff a well-deserved, peaceful, and joyful break.
We hope this time offers a true opportunity for rest, reconnection, and renewal. May the blessings and spirit of Christmas fill your homes with happiness, holiness, and hope. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, refreshed and ready for a new year of learning and community.
Our Year 6 students recently completed their annual excursion to Canberra, and what a trip it was! They saw history, government, and science come alive!
The students did an amazing job representing our school, and a few moments truly stood out:
A massive thank you to Ms Daniels, Mrs House, Brock Mathers, Aaron Childs and Andrew Lawerance for their time and dedication to make this a wonderful experience for all of the students.
We are grateful to the Australian Government for their support of our Canberra Excursion through their PACER contribution. The Australia Government recognises the importance of all young Australians being able to visit the national capital as part of their Civic and Citizenship education. To assist familes in meeting the cost of the excursion the Australian Government contributes funding to our school in the amount of $112.50 per student under the Parliment and Civics Education Rebate (PACER) program towards those costs. The rebate is paid directly to the school upon completion of the excursion.

New legislation is set to come into effect on December 10, 2025 that requires major social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and X/Twitter) to take "reasonable steps" to prevent children under the age of 16 from having or creating accounts.
We recognise that social media is a key way for many young people to connect with friends, and this change may cause feelings of frustration and confusion. A smooth transition depends on open, empathic, and ongoing communication.
By working together, we can ensure our children develop the resilience and skills needed to thrive both online and off.
There are several resources available to support families through the eSafety Commissioner.
