All students in Year 12 have access to an amazing resource in ATOMI. Essentially it is a subject based revision program, however, it also contains a Study Skills Program. The program includes a collection of short videos and quizzes that demonstrate everything from note taking, using the syllabus and past papers, memory and retrieval as well as managing focus, procrastination and stress. All up it is a 5 hour package delivered in bite sized pieces. They really are great resources. Access via Atomi website, follow the link to Study Skills and all materials are available in ‘tasks’.
In the coming weeks Year 12 students will sit their first formal HSC assessments. Recently we had a guest speaker from ATAR speaking to our ATAR students on early entry, EAS and how the ATAR rank is calculated. Students have also recently been provided with a collection of important information pertaining to their HSC. I have linked these below for your reference.
