Year 4 & Year 6 Gymnastics 

Each Monday in Term 3, students in Year 4 and Year 6 have been participating in a gymnastics program run by FitFutures. During these 40-minute sessions, students are being taught to flip, jump, land, balance and crawl. This program is designed to build students' strength, coordination, endurance, concentration, teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience. These gymnastics sessions aim to promote physical health, enhance students' mental well-being and provide a strong foundation for a range of other competitive sports.
