Cowpasture Network Public Speaking Competition

Students from K - 6 will have the opportunity to try out for the Cowpasture Network Public Speaking Competition 2024. Students are to present a prepared speech and an impromptu speech at school. There will only be one winner chosen per stage. 

Thank you to the families who have returned the Expression of Interest (EOI) note. EOI note submissions are now closed.

This week (Week 6), there will be a meeting for students that have returned their EOI note. During this meeting, further explanation about the competition will be shared as well as the topics for each stage. Students will have 2 weeks to prepare and practise their speech before try outs in Week 9.

Winners from Years K-6 will compete in the network final held on Thursday, 24th October, Term 4 Week 2 at William Stimson Public School.
