Parent Workshop

On Thursday, 15th August, our Parent Workshop focused on Mathematics and numeracy in Kindergarten to Year 6.
As a group, we discussed:
- Exploring the structure of a mathematics lesson
- Sharing examples of activities
- Discussing the connection between number skills and mathematical concepts.
It was great to discuss and share how learning in the classroom can be transferred into every day life as well as national and state assessments.
Thank you to all the parents that could attend the workshop. We look forward to reconnecting at the next workshop in Term 4.
