The Finance Office at the college intends to communicate with parents at least once a month on financial matters going forward. Below are some important things to note -
- The College uses a third-party fee payment portal called FACTS Tuition Management (https://www.factsmgt.com.au) for parents to manage and pay their tuition fees.
- The Finance office can assist if you need to set up or change your tuition fee payment plan or postpone an upcoming payment date. Please call or email us to discuss.
- Please note that all tuition fees for the year will have to be paid in full on or before 31 December.
- If your child uses the bus on a regular basis, we recommend parents download the BusMinder app (https://busminder.com.au/) if you’d like to receive notifications on your phone when your child boards and disembarks the school bus. You can also top up your child’s bus pass if using the bus on a casual basis.
- If you need to find the closest PVCC bus stop to your home, information is available at https://www.pvcc.vic.edu.au/parents-area/bus-routes/
- Conveyance Allowance credits for Term 3 & Term 4 will be posted to your FACTS Tuition fee account at the start of Term 4.
- If you have recently changed your address, it is important to notify us of that change in writing as a change of address will impact conveyance allowance eligibility.
- The College has commenced planning for 2025 and to ensure we make the best possible decisions for our students; it is crucial for us to have accurate enrolment numbers for the following year. These numbers will help us determine class structures, sizes, staffing, camps, excursions and other resources. If your family's personal circumstances have changed and you plan on leaving PVCC, please inform us as soon as possible. The College requires 10 school weeks of notice, in writing to the Registrar, before withdrawing a student. If the required notice is not given, one full term’s tuition fees, including levies, will be payable.
- School fees for next year will be communicated before the end of Term 3.
