Whimsical writers writing really ridiculously wonderful wordings!

In 1/2, we have been developing our understanding of different literary devices that we can use in our writing. Over the past two weeks, we have looked at the Power of Three, Similes and, one of our favourites, Onomatopoiea.

Our teachers gave us a cool picture to look at, and we talked about all the different stories that we could write about.

After thinking of some ideas, we used our knowledge of narratives and literary devices to create some wonderful stories. Check them out!

We are seeing some amazing talent coming through the 1/2 area, with brilliant stories that use amazing adjectives, new nouns, astounding adverbs and ludicrous literary devices. Keep it up, 1/2!
