What a wonderful Education Week we’ve had at Donvale! Our Grandparent’s/Special person morning tea, Open Night Performances & BBQ and our Open Classrooms, were such a wonderful display of our school community coming together to celebrate our students and their lives at school. It was lovely to see how proud the students were to show their families what they do at school.

None of these events would have run as smoothly without the help and support of our parents. We are so grateful for your support, and we love the opportunity to get to know you all better through events like this. I'd especially like to thank Lou and Tim Martin for being the BBQ Masters and to all the helpers who assisted on the night. 

I’d also like to acknowledge the wonderful mums who organized and helped on the Mother’s Day stall on Thursday last week. The students were so excited to purchase something special for their mum. We hope all the mums had a wonderful day with their families.

Education Support Staff Day

Happy Education Support Staff Appreciation Day!  On May 16th, we celebrated our incredible Education Support Staff during Education Week. Their dedication and hard work in supporting our children are crucial in creating a nurturing learning environment that paves the way for positive outcomes on our students' educational journey. We wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for all that you do!

Parent Helper Online Course

I will be hosting an Online Parent Helper Course on Thursday 6th June at 7pm. This course will be held online via WebEx. 

Please ring the school office to book in and receive the WebEx code by 3rd June and the Induction pack. The induction pack will also be sent home to you via your eldest child a few days before the WebEx.
