Acknowledging our Education Support Staff 

A school is a super busy place.  We have students, parents and staff all needing a variety of support and direction in order for everything to go smoothly and ensure the needs of all students are met.

In order for us to be able to fully meet the needs of our community, there is a team of varied skilled individuals who work in the background often unnoticed, the Education Support Staff.

Thursday 16th May (next Thursday) is National Education Support Day and is a time that we get to acknowledge and thank our support staff for their work at the school:

Vicky Cai - Business Manager

Jeanette Davies - Administration

Jenny Klein - School Nurse

Gemma Bowen - Speech Therapist

Kerry Haley - Integration Aide

Anne Fisher  - Integration Aide

Juvi Pacana - Integration Aide

Emily Chessum - Integration Aide

Ben Malysiak - Integration Aide

Ian Russell (Russ)- Maintenance

Our Education Support Staff fill a variety of roles ranging from maintaining our physical environment, supporting the first aid needs of our students, supporting through administration tasks and supporting students with specific social/emotional/academic needs.  

I am sure you will agree that our team of Education Support Staff are amazing.  They are dedicated to the education, health and wellbeing of our school community and always ready to jump in and support.

I am incredibly grateful for the support from our ES Staff and their contribution to the smooth running of the school and the strong support we are able to provide staff, students and parents.
