PeopleBench
PeopleBench is an Australian school workforce research and strategy company. The APF executive recently had opportunity to meet with Fleur Johnson (CEO) and Michael Porteous (Senior Consultant) to learn more about the organisation and how their work can assist school leaders.
An area of work from the PeopleBench team that we are most familiar with is the State of the Sector Report published annually since 2019. The yearly report offers an overview of the survey crafted to collect insights from Australian educators regarding the challenges and prospects encountered within the school workforce.
