Touch Football School Series
Congratulations to Team sVc, runners up in the Year 9/10 Regional Finals of the Touch Football School Series.
Both our Year 7/8 and 9/10 teams have now qualified for the State Finals being played in Launceston on 12 November.
Triathlon
Congratulations to Old Virgilian Sam Askey-Doran who produced the fast swim leg ever at the 2024 Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Hawaii over the weekend.
Sam has dominated the Ocean Swimming scene for a few years now, but the step up to Triathlons is working for him. Amazing effort Sam.
Hockey
Congratulations to Hamish McGuire (Year 8) and Trent Smith (Year 9) for their selection in the 2025 U16 Boys Playing Squad with Hockey Tasmania.
Soccer
Congratulations to the following student Athletes who represented Football Tasmania at last weekend's Shepparton Cup.
Year 7: Benjamin Thayer, Isaac Thayer, William Thayer, Jensen Brown, Hendrix Taylor, and Zach KS.
Year 8: Japnoor Brar and Ayrton Brown.

Sports Awards Assembly
A reminder that our annual Sport Awards Assembly will be conducted on Friday 15 November, in the Quad at Austins Ferry. All students should be in Formal Uniform.
