School Wide Postive Behaviours Support
On a sunny, warm day last week, our entire school set off on a much-anticipated whole school reward to Jells Park!
With hats on, sunscreen applied, and water bottles in hand, students and teachers walked together, enjoying the fresh air and excitement of spending some time outdoors.
Once we arrived at Jells Park, everyone was thrilled to head to Yabbie Hill playground!
The playground had something for everyone, from exciting slides and swings to a water play area – a perfect way to cool down on a hot day. The mini trampolines quickly became a favourite, with students bouncing and cheering each other on.
And, of course, plenty of time was spent exploring the climbing structures but it was a bit too hot to enjoy the metal slides!
The water play area was another huge hit! Splashing and playing with the pumps was a great way to cool down before heading back to explore other parts of the playground.
Some students took advantage of the shade and enjoyed a little picnic with special treats with some taking time to make daisy chains.
This adventure was a wonderful way to celebrate our positive behaviours displayed at school.
Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen – and everyone showed great resilience walking to and back to school on quite a hot day!
