1/2B suprise visitors! 🐾

On Monday 7th October, the puppies came to 1/2B! The puppies were very cute and soft.

Grade 2 Literacy

Hi my name is Soul we read the book 'Under the Southern Cross' and we made a collage setting from this book. We made it because we are learning about settings in our narratives.

Grade 2 Information Reports 

Last term we learned about Green Sea Turtles we drafted, revised, edited and published.          I enjoyed publishing because I wrote neatly . - Amaya 1/2C

This year we learnt how to write an information report about Green Sea Turtles. It was fun!

In Term 3, the grade  2's were learning about Green Sea Turtles. We learnt about their appearance, diet, habitat, type of animal and their movements of a Green Sea Turtle. 

First, we researched, then we planned, after that we wrote a draft of our information report then we edited it. Then we published and we made a Green Sea Turtle habitat. 

I enjoyed this task alot. - Rocky 1/2C

In writing we build a habitat for Green Sea Turtles. I enjoyed making it and publishing my information report and learning lots of interesting facts. - Isaac 1/2C

We learnt about Green Sea Turtles and we planned, drafted and then we published. We shared our information report books to the grade 2's. I felt happy doing all the hard work. -Mattia 1/2C
