A Note from

Mrs Ann Earle

To the community of St Patrick’s

I want to congratulate everyone on their wonderful performances last week at the Robert Blackwood Hall. I am so proud of everyone. We have such a talented group of students and  parents. You should be very proud of your achievement on stage and during the rehearsals and creation of props, scenery and costumes. There are too many people to thank, but I think our school was buzzing after last Wednesday’s performance and the collective effort of the community is what made it such a success. I thank you all. I would like to thank Danny Benoiten, Jen Brown and all of our staff for their hard work.

After 26 years at St Patrick’s I have decided to retire. The heart is willing but the body is telling me it is time to stop. I have loved my time at St Patricks and will treasure all the memories. You will still see me at Mass and in the community.  I am continuing to teach the piano from my home studio. I might even be seen about town, pushing a pram containing my new grandchild after March 2025!

I have been blessed to work over the years, in a school where leadership supports the Arts. I want to thank: Tony Levett, Gerard O’Shea, Christine Bellert and Tim Noonan for the support they gave me from 1999 - 2023.  I have had creative licence to develop many different aspects of Performing Arts. I would like to thank the staff under the leadership of Pat Berlingeri and Joelle Diakrousis for the wonderful support and friendship given to me. I shall miss teaching at St Patrick’s but I know I will always remain part of the school community.

Most of all, I want to thank the students who I have had the privilege to teach. You are the reason why teachers do what they do. It is a joy to witness your learning journey. Please keep making music and performing. It’s fun!

St Patrick’s School will always remain in my prayers

God Bless

Mrs Earle
