Reporting an Absence

When reporting an absence from school, please let us know on the day by 9.00 a.m. using one of the following options:

• Via Audiri: Use the Absentee form located in the eForms tab
• Call us on 9469 7800 - you can leave a message on our voicemail if the office is unattended or out of hours
• Office hours - 8.30 am ~ 4.00 pm

Parent Contact Information

Have you changed your details?  Please let the office know, in writing, so we can update our records.  This includes changes to emergency contacts, email addresses or any additional numbers to call.

Lunchmums

Lunch orders are to be placed via the online app "My School Connect" by 8.00 am on the Thursday.  Orders are delivered by 1.15pm every Thursday. Please see menu and online instructions below:

Uniform Shop

Academy Uniforms is located at 238 Wolseley Place, Thomastown, phone: 9460 8011

Uniforms can be delivered to school and sent home via the tubs.

SJW Clothing Pool

If your child needs to change their uniform, due to getting wet or an accident, we are happy to accommodate by using clothes from our clothing pool.  However, please ensure the uniform item given to your child is laundered and returned to the school as soon as possible.  We endeavour to assist any student with a change of clothes, if needed, and appreciate you returning stock in a timely manner ~ thanks so much!
