Lunchtime Activities

We have a number of staff who kindly volunteer their lunchtimes each term to run some activities.  There are numerous reminders around the school, and we make announcements on the day. Such activities this term include:

Book Club

Storytime

Bird Watching Club

Nature Explorers Club

Lego Club

Dress Up Club

Dance Club

Koorie Club

Rollins Rockets

End of Year

Please note, the last day for students at Rollins P.S will be Wednesday 18th December. Students will be dismissed at 3.30pm. Thursday the 19th December and Friday 20th December are allocated Professional Development days that have been approved by School Council. During these days staff will undertake First Aid qualifications and upskilling, whole school Literacy and Numeracy planning and preparation for the 2025 school year.

If your family is moving out of our area or your child will be attending another school in 2024, could you please contact the office and let us know as soon as possible. We have a waiting list of families wanted to enrol in our school and are trying to organise grade capacities for 2025.

Leaving Early - Let us Know in Advance

If you need to collect your child during the day, please send a note to the office on the day stating the time you wish to collect your child. At 9.00am each day we collate a list of students needing to be collected and send this list to the grade teacher. This helps to prevent interruptions over the phone or microphone which can interrupt the learning time in the classerooms.
