Masterchef Challenge

Our Year 10 Food Technology Class had an enjoyable practical lesson, “Masterchef Challenge”. They could pick any food of their choice to prepare. The students had to research or create their own recipe and prepare it without help from teachers. 

Congratulations to the top 3 groups as voted by the panel of judges. 

First place: Biscoff Cheesecake 🤤 😋

Second place: Healthy Mantu Dumplings 🥟 

Third place: Tabbouleh Salad 🥗 

Notable mention: Creamy Chicken Pasta with secret sauce

Year 7 Technology Mandatory

Our Year 7 Technology Mandatory students have been working hard creating their own wind chimes. They have been learning about Metals Technology and have gained valuable skills in measuring, filing, drilling, marking, designing and cutting. They have also learned how to use tools such as a cordless drill, a hacksaw, a pedestal drill and a file. Hopefully, students can use these vital skills to fix and build items around the home. They cannot wait to use their wind chimes to decorate their backyards and balconies. Well done Year 7, keep up the great work!
