Families interested in enrolment or a college tour are warmly invited to visit the Enright Campus on Tuesday 4 March at 9:30am. Following the tour, you are welcome to join the Principal, Mr Greg Kluske, and the College Executive Team for morning tea. Bookings are essential, so please reserve your spot at the link below.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
Now that we are into the new school year, it is important that all parents, guardians, and students are aware of the St Joseph’s College Medication Management and Administration Policy.
If your child requires any medication to be taken whilst at school, it is important that the College Nurse is aware. We ask that a Medication Authority form is completed and returned to the college, along with the required medication in its original packaging. If it is prescription medication, it should have the pharmacy instruction label included.
All student medication must be stored in the First Aid Office, and students are to attend the First Aid Office when requiring their medication. Self-storage and administration of medication is not advisable as it can potentially create unsafe access to and misuse of medications by other students.
Please find attached the St Joseph’s College Medication Management and Administration Policy as well as a blank Medication Authority Form for you to download, complete, and return to me, if necessary.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me via phone (03 5018 8000) during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 3.30pm or by email: lclohesy@sjcmda.vic.edu.au.

FLEXISCHOOLS CASHLESS CANTEEN
The college encourages ‘Flexischools – Cashless Canteen’, to make ordering lunch for your child/ren easier.
The college encourages lunch to be pre-ordered, and this app will allow you to do that. Orders are paid for directly through the app and sent straight to our Canteen. (No money will be required at the Canteen.) Through the app, you can also track your order history and load money onto your child’s student card so they can purchase items directly from our Canteen. In addition, you can set up multiple children on one account and top each one's card up separately.
Flexischools Canteen class lists have been updated, and all users will be required to select the new class (year level) when they next use the platform.

2025 BUS PASSES FROM CDC BUSLINES
CDC Buslines offer prepaid term passes you can purchase from their office in Bathurst Court. You will need to take a small headshot of the child to go with the pass. If you email the photo, name of your children, and the school they attend, CDC can print the photo, create the pass, and let you know when the pass is ready to collect so you save having to wait.
These passes are based on student concession prices. Prepaid options are no cheaper than purchasing tickets on the bus, however they are a more convenient option for parents.
Term 1 (29/01/2025 to 04/04/2025): $132.00
Term 2 (22/04/2025 to 04/07/2025): $146.00
Term 3 (21/07/2025 to 19/09/2025): $126.00
Term 4 (06/10/2025 to19/12/2025): $152.00
Yearly Pass (All terms excluding school holidays): $556.00
These passes can be used seven days a week, including weekends during the school term only. They cannot be used during the school holidays.
These passes can be used on any of the CDC Mildura Victorian services.
CDC accepts payment by cash, cheque or eftpos.
If you choose to purchase a prepaid pass and your child loses their pass during the school term, you will be required to come into the CDC office and pay $10.00 for a replacement card. Another photo will also be required to make a new pass.
Alternatively, you can purchase tickets upon boarding the bus. Please see the fares below. (CDC buses are cash-only and it is preferred to have change close to the ticket price.)
Ticket concession price:
2hrs – $1.50
Daily – $3.00
Weekly – $14.00
Please direct all enquiries to Mildura CDC Bus lines on 03 5023 0274.
