The chosen Scripture for 2025 highlights the call for the baptized to be witnesses in the modern world—a mission that extends to all Sydney Catholic Schools staff, students, and families. As witnesses, we are called to seek and promote all that is good, true, and beautiful in creation.
This commitment lies at the heart of Catholic education and is a source of great joy, especially as we celebrate the Jubilee Year of 2025.
Please join us for our Opening School Mass on Wednesday 19th of February at 9am. This is a lovely opportunity to gather as a community and celebrate the beginning of the school year.
As Easter is early this year, we will be having an Ash Wednesday Liturgy on Wednesday 5th of March at 9am. If you are able to, we would love for you to join!
Project Compassion Fundraising will begin with Shrove Tuesday on the 4th of March. Students will be able to purchase a pikelet for a gold coin donation. Project Compassion boxes will be placed in classrooms for students to donate as an example of almsgiving.
Holy Week Liturgies will commence in Week 10 (Week of 7th of April). More details will come regarding class items and times.
