Assistant Principal

I'm thrilled to introduce myself as your new Assistant Principal, Mrs. Jacky Guardascione. I have been a teacher for nearly 20 years and have been part of school leadership teams since 2010. 

During this time, I have been responsible for leading Sport, Writing and the Diverse and Gifted and Talented Teams.  I was appointed as a Religious Education Coordinator in 2016 and have served in this role for the past 9 years (at 3 different schools), most recently at St Joan of Arc, Haberfield.  While it is a great honour and privilege to be part of the school’s leadership team, I especially respect and value working in classrooms with our students - Your children.

I believe in the power of collaboration and community and I would like to thank the whole community of STMM for a very warm welcome. The Staff, students and parents whom I have met, have all made me feel very welcome and I am really looking forward to what is sure to be a great year here at St Margaret Mary.
