To celebrate the Lunar New Year, the Double Lucky Lion Dance was invited to perform at our special school assembly on 7 February. The performance was lively and engaging, receiving enthusiastic cheers and applause from students, parents, and staff.

The lion dance is a traditional Chinese art form in which skilled performers bring a beautifully crafted lion costume to life, moving in rhythm with the resounding beats of drums, cymbals, and gongs. This centuries-old tradition is believed to bring good fortune, prosperity, and happiness while dispelling negative energy. It is commonly showcased during Lunar New Year celebrations, grand openings, weddings, and other joyous occasions.
