🌟Welcome back to PMPS 2026🌟

Families, Teachers, and Staff,

Welcome back to a new school year! I hope everyone enjoyed a restful and refreshing break and is feeling excited for the year ahead. As we begin this next year together, I want to take a moment to acknowledge what makes our school such a special place - our incredible community.

To our students - welcome back! We can’t wait to see your curiosity, creativity, and kindness shine throughout the year. We look forward to watching you grow, learn, and achieve new milestones.

The support from our families and volunteers is the foundation of everything we do. Whether you lend a hand at events, support fundraising efforts or donate items, your involvement makes a meaningful difference. Our school thrives because of your generosity, positivity, and partnership.

Our teachers and staff lead with passion, care, and dedication each day. Their commitment to our students creates an environment where children feel supported, inspired, and excited to learn.

As a community, we have accomplished so much together and this year promises even more opportunities to connect, celebrate, and support one another. Thank you to everyone who steps up, shows up, and contributes in big and small ways - it truly takes a village.

When: Friday 27 February, 3:45pm onwards

Tickets: $12 for students. Buy student tickets on the Parent Hub

Volunteer: Sign up to volunteer - it's lots of fun!

On Friday February 27th head over to Garden City Reserve straight from school and enjoy watching your kids be drenched in colour while you get to catch up with old and new friends from PMPS.

The course will be clearly marked out and there will be smiling faces along the course whose main goal is to douse them in colourful powder to ensure that they look like they have run through a beautiful rainbow by the time they cross the finish line.

Bring a picnic rug, hat, water bottle, sunscreen, white or light coloured t-shirt, sunglasses or goggles and get creative with accessories in your house colours!

Sausage sizzle & drinks will be available to purchase.

Boo Hoo Woo Hoo event recap

On the 30th Jan we welcomed our new Prep families to PMPS. To kick off their time at PMPS after the parents dropped their new preppies to school they headed to The Chandlery to meet other parents. The Chandlery is a great event space with delicious food and a beautiful view. They were lucky enough to hear from Mr Cain and Dan from the school council also. I’d really like to take this opportunity to give a special thank you to Dee who organised the whole event and made everyone feel so welcomed and included. It’s a beautiful first event of the school year.
