PFA Update: Easter Fundraising, Mother’s Day Lunch & more!

It’s been a busy end to Term 1 for the PFA with our various Easter Fundraising activities in full swing. Thank you to everyone who has ordered Hot Cross Buns and bought raffle tickets, we wish you all the best for the prize draw on Friday!
Easter Raffle
CPS’s much loved Easter Raffle will be drawn at the final assembly for the term this Friday 4th April at 9am. All parents are invited to come along and join in the excitement!
Don’t forget to buy your tickets - they are on sale until tomorrow (Tuesday 1st) night. Tickets are $3 each or 5x $10 or 10x for $17.
Winning tickets will be called out using the name of the profile they are purchased under, so this would be a great time to check that you have the right year level and homegroup attached to your child’s Qkr profile. If you have more than one child at the school and would like each of them to have a chance at the draw, please buy some tickets under each profile.
There are 100 separate prizes up for grabs, including the major prize of a 1kg Chocolate Bunny kindly donated by Lizzy’s Chocolates. Other prizes include donations from Print On Wood and Swaad India’s Zest.
Thank you to everyone who has already generously donated prizes. Additional donations will be gratefully accepted until this Wednesday 2nd April - donation boxes can be found in each classroom. More baskets & boxes would also be appreciated - please drop at school office by Wednesday.
Hot Cross Buns sent home tomorrow night
Thank you to everyone who ordered Hot Cross Buns, we hope you enjoy them! Orders will be sent home with children tomorrow (Tuesday). For students attending aftercare, orders will be left in the canteen/kitchen area in the gym for collection at pickup.
Book Club orders sent home this week
Scholastic Book Club orders will be sent home with children this week before the end of term. We hope you enjoy reading your books over the school holidays.
Thank you to everyone who supported our first book club for the year, as 15% of every purchase comes back to CPS via Scholastic Rewards to buy books for our school library and classrooms. The PFA will be running one Scholastic Book Club catalogue per term.
