BPS Social and Fundraising Committee

The BPS SFC is a relaxed and friendly committee of enthusiastic parents who enhance the school by supporting fundraising, social and other school events.  It's fun, free and it's rewarding being an active member and supporter of your child's school community.

Holi Festival

The Holi Festival and Twilight Picnic was a massive success and the most colourful ever, with a record amount of powder sold (over 250kg!!) and lots of funds raised for the school.

Huge thanks to everyone who volunteered on the day and in the lead-up, and especially huge thanks to Shalini for cooking the delicious Indian food yet again this year!  These events are only made possible by the our community generously donating their time and effort and your support is greatly appreciated.

Meet the BPS Social and Fundraising Committee team!🌟

We have officially changed our name to BPS Social and Fundraising Committee (from Parents and Friends Association).

Last week we had our SFC AGM where we met up and chatted over a delicious meal of massaman curry and fried pork parcels (thank you Anthony and Rita)!

Andrew Cock joined us and shared some visions for the school and we threw some ideas around for future fundraising and social events.

On the night, we formed a new executive team consisting of:

President:  Shamagne

Treasurer:  Damien

Secretary:  Shastiq

If building community, getting connected and raising money for our wonderful school is also your mission, then you need to let us know and come hang with us!

There is plenty of room for more and everyone is welcome. If you want to find out more, please contact Shamagne at bps.parentsfriends@gmail.com

Ongoing Fundraising

The digital Entertainment Book allows you to access discounts at thousands of stores and restaurants in Australia and overseas directly from your phone, no more physical coupons needed!  Starting at $70 for a year's membership, 20% of the purchase price of each membership goes directly to our school.

One of the biggest benefits is saving 4% on every shop at Woolworths by buying eGift cards (a $500 Woolworths gift card costs $480) which you can buy and use yourself, and which can be used online and in-store (just by scanning it from your phone at the checkout).  The eGift cards have no expiry date and you can buy as many as you want.
